Steps for Deleting Your Account from the Application

1. Accessing Account Settings:

Click on the settings icon located at the top-right corner of the screen.

2. Navigating to Profile:

Click on the “profile” button to visit your profile settings.

3. Initiating Account Deletion:

Within the profile section, locate the “Delete Account” button.

4. Confirmation Popup:

Upon clicking the “Delete Account” button, a confirmation popup will appear.
The popup will contain a note stating that Your account data will be permanently deleted and it cannot be recovered in future.

5. Confirming Deletion:

To proceed with account deletion, click on the “OK” button within the confirmation popup.
After confirming deletion, your account will permanently remove all associated data, including notification records, subscription details, feedback, meeting information, and property data along with its images and videos.
This includes data types:

 

– Personal info: Name, email, userIds, phone number.

– Messages: notifications records
